The PWAA (Pressure Washer Avian) is a purpose-built poultry cleaning machine designed to handle the demanding sanitation requirements of chicken houses, broiler facilities, and egg production units. Built on an electro-plated corrosion-resistant frame with a 100m storage hose reel, it is engineered for the wet, chemically aggressive environments typical of poultry production — where downtime between flocks is short and cleaning standards are non-negotiable.

Built to outlast the cleaning cycles, not just survive them.	100m Integrated Hose Storage Reel A 100m high-pressure hose reel is built into the unit, eliminating the need to drag hose lengths across the house floor. The reel keeps hose tidy, reduces trip hazards, and allows a single operator to cover large broiler houses without repositioning the machine.
Annovi Reverberi Nickle-Plated Pump The AR nickle-plated pump head provides superior resistance to the acidic and alkaline cleaning chemicals used in poultry biosecurity programmes. Ceramic pistons and hardened crankshaft deliver reliable 200 bar output with extended service intervals.	Direct Online (DOL) Starter Industrial-grade DOL starter with overload protection. Reliable and straightforward to operate in farm environments where electrical servicing expertise may not always be on-hand.
Flange & Coupling for Easy Maintenance Pump-to-motor connection via flange and flexible coupling allows for straightforward field servicing and pump replacement without specialist tooling — a practical consideration for remote or large-scale farming operations.

Disinfection Program Preparation Pre-disinfection surface preparation by pressure washing removes biofilm and organic load from all surfaces — a critical step before fogging or chemical disinfection programs required under biosecurity protocols such as those specified by major integrators.
Egg Production & Layer Facilities Cleaning of cage systems, egg conveyors, collection belts, and packing areas. This machine requires a 380 Vac 3-phase power supply with appropriate circuit protection. Installation must comply with local electrical regulations.
