The PWBC Heavy Duty is a stationary electrical cold water high-pressure washer built for high-throughput commercial and industrial wash bay installations. Mounted on a heavy-gauge electro-plated frame with a 250L water tank, it connects to a mains supply and delivers continuous high-pressure output for demanding wash applications — from truck and bus washing to industrial plant cleaning and food processing facilities. Four variants span 200 to 250 bar at flow rates up to 1260 l/h, with an optional double-pump configuration available for maximum output where single-pump flow rates are insufficient.

Double Pump Version Available

All four PWBC Heavy Duty models are available in a double-pump configuration, effectively doubling flow output for high-throughput washbay installations where multiple operators work simultaneously or wash cycle times need to be minimised. Machine Features

Heavy-Gauge Electro-Plated Frame Robust steel frame with electro-plated corrosion protection. Designed for permanent washbay installation in harsh environments — chemical splash, high humidity, and continuous daily use. The larger footprint (940 x 680 x 1000mm) accommodates the 250L tank and high-output pump assembly.	250L Water Tank with Float Valve Large-capacity buffer tank ensures consistent pump inlet pressure even where mains supply flow rate is marginal. The automatic float valve maintains tank level continuously, preventing cavitation and pump damage during extended high-flow wash cycles.
CEMSA JPC Series Pump at 1450 RPM The JPC series CEMSA plunger brass pump is engineered for continuous industrial duty. Running at 1450 RPM, it delivers lower wear rates and longer service intervals than comparable high-speed pumps. Ceramic pistons and brass heads are field-serviceable with standard spares kits.	Direct Online (DOL) Starter Industrial DOL starter with thermal overload protection across all models. All PWBC Heavy Duty variants require a 380V three-phase supply — sized appropriately from 5.5kW up to 11.0kW depending on the model selected.

All PWBC Heavy Duty models require a 380Vac three-phase supply. Motor sizing ranges from 5.5kW to 11.0kW — ensure circuit protection and cabling is sized accordingly. A pressurized mains water inlet is required. Installation must comply with local electrical and plumbing regulations. Always wear appropriate PPE including face shield, waterproof gloves, and safety footwear when operating high-pressure equipment.
