The RB65 is a general-purpose high-pressure spray gun designed for washdown applications where the operator needs to switch quickly between a focused jet and a wide hollow cone spray pattern. Built in Italy with an impact-resistant molded handle, rubber collar, and built-in swivel, it is equally at home in food processing facilities, mining wash bays, and industrial cleaning operations. Rated to 90°C, it handles hot water machines without degradation.
Features
| Variable Nozzle — 0° to 60° Spray Pattern Squeeze the trigger to dial in the spray pattern continuously from a tight zero-degree jet for cutting through stubborn residue to a wide 60° hollow cone for rinsing large surface areas quickly. No nozzle changes required mid-task. |
Built-In Swivel The integrated swivel at the inlet connection prevents the hose from twisting during operation — particularly useful in busy wash bay environments where the operator is moving around equipment and the hose needs to track freely without kinking. |
| Impact-Resistant Moulded Handle with Rubber Grip The durable moulded handle is designed to absorb knocks and drops in industrial environments without cracking or deforming. The rubber collar and grip provide a secure hold in wet conditions and reduce operator fatigue during extended wash sessions. |
Rubber Bumper A rubber bumper at the nozzle end protects both the gun and the surface being cleaned from accidental contact damage — important when working around stainless steel tanks, food processing equipment, and painted or coated surfaces. |
| Hot Water Rated to 90°C — Made in Italy The RB65 is rated for water temperatures up to 90°C, making it compatible with hot water cleaning applications. Italian- Manufactured to a consistent quality standard with materials suited to repeated industrial use. |

Typical Applications
- Food & beverage processing — Washdown of production lines, cold rooms, processing equipment, and packing areas where hot water rinse and wide spray coverage are required
- Mining & heavy industry — Cleaning of plant equipment, conveyors, haul roads, and workshop bays where a robust, heat-resistant gun is needed for continuous daily use
- General industrial washdown — Suitable for any application requiring a versatile spray gun that can switch between precision jetting and broad rinsing without changing nozzles
Compatibility Note
The RB65 connects via a ½” female inlet and is rated to 24 bar maximum — suitable for low to medium pressure washdown systems. It is not intended for use on high-pressure washers operating above 24 bar. For high-pressure lance and gun applications above 100 bar, refer to the MV925 or ML955 gun and lance range. Contact GreenSeal to confirm compatibility with your specific setup.
